




MARKETING COORDINATOR

Live Nation Entertainment is the global leader in live entertainment, bringing over 40,000 shows and 100+ festivals to life and selling more than 500 million tickets annually. My role as a marketing coordinator with the Dallas business unit centers on executing over 250 events annually across the following venues: Globe Life Field, American Airlines Center, Dos Equis Pavilion, The Pavilion at Toyota Music Factory, South Side Ballroom, Majestic Theatre and Music Hall at Fair Park, along with several venue partners in Arkansas.

My current role comprises the following duties & responsibilities:

Responsible for building and executing comprehensive marketing and promotional campaigns for designated Live Nation Dallas and co-pro concerts

Solicit and fulfill paid buys and promotional deals with television and radio stations in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and greater North Texas region, Arkansas, Oklahoma and Louisiana

Coordinate digital campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, Snapchat, Pandora and Spotify to optimize allotted budgets and maximize campaign performance

Create targeted e-cards and newsletters to Live Nation databases promoting presales, onsales and promotional offers

Create, monitor and adjust advertising budgets as needed and compile advertising settlement packs of show spends

Maintain brand and venue digital presence by updating websites and scheduling content across social media channels

Lead street/promo team efforts including: weekly poster and flyer runs, database management, job assignments, materials orders, photo and report collection

Represent marketing department day-of –show including coordination of show press coverage and on-site media activations
